At this exciting stage in their growth journey, our client has identified the opportunity for an ambitious, professional candidate to create their HR function in line with organisational goals and strategies. Reporting to the Operations Director, and working collaboratively with the senior leadership team, you will provide generalist HR support to all employees. Still in their infancy as an organisation the successful candidate will conduct a deep dive analysis of the current HR capabilities, and work with the business both immediate and long term to establish the most effective working practice in HR covering contractual paperwork, employee on-boarding, recruitment & candidate attraction, appraisal and performance system, job evaluation, talent development, reward and employee engagement.
You will already be working confidently within an HR Generalist role, and happy to work autonomously within the HR function. Our client offers a relaxed working environment whilst maintaining a high level of performance. This is a permanent, full time role.
