Iconic Resourcing are delighted to exclusively partner a leading academic organisation with their search for an experienced Head of HR to join their team on an interim basis for a 6 months contract. Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead and manage the HR development team to deliver the goals and strategies that align with and contribute to the delivery of the corporate strategy.
You will assume HR responsibility for organisational development, reward, payroll & HR systems. Over the next 6 months you will be tasked with critical projects around employee engagement, systems upgrade/ implementation & activity planning. Experience of managing change programmes, strategic HR projects, reorganisations and restructures would be advantageous. Strong experience working within, and leading an OD function is essential.
Most importantly, you will have significant skills in building strong partnerships and working collaboratively. You will have effective leadership skills, and comfortable working at pace and under pressure. The ability to make effective decisions alongside persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills are key to the success of this contract.
