Iconic Resourcing are proud to exclusively partner this highly successful, global business to appoint their new Reward Business Partner. Reporting to the EMEA Reward Director, this role is an integral part of the team, and will act as a true Reward Business Partner and provide project management across EMEA. As part of a Global Reward team, you will contribute to the delivery of global reward programmes across the world.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills to successfully interact with a hugely diverse stakeholder group across a complex and dynamic operating structure. This role assumes lead responsibility for annual compensation planning, development of salary structures, company specific benefits, reward related regulatory requirements, incentive plans analysis and audit, continuous improvement and process efficiencies and in-depth analysis of reward related data.
We are keen to have initial discussions with experienced Reward candidates with the experience and ability to effectively liaise with executive groups in multiple locations with demonstrated customer focus. You will have exposure to emerging market environments, in depth job analysis and pricing, with EMEA compensation and benefits experience.
There is a real opportunity to make this role your own, and grow the role as the reward model continues to evolve. Whilst you will be ambitious and naturally motivated, you will be comfortable with the 'day to day' reward operations and handling reward queries from the business in a timely and effective manner.
