Iconic Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Assistant to be based with our client in Glasgow City Centre. This is a really fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to move to a dynamic & exciting company that is growing year after year. This is a brand new position due to an increase in workload within the Finance team and will be opportunity for progression and growth in the future.
The job duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the outstanding debtors & updating running reports
- Maintaining Sales Ledger records
- Managing failed & returned payments
- Dealing with all invoice queries – internal & external
- Using Excel to compile weekly and monthly reports
