Iconic HR are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their business on a long term fixed term contract. You will join an established team reporting directly to the HR Manager to provide comprehensive, professional HR support to your stakeholder group on all operational HR matters, including talent management and interesting HR projects.
You will be tasked to build collaborative relationships with the senior leadership team across the business, supporting with organisational goals through HR development - ensuring high performing teams, people development, performance management, succession planning and talent planning. You will deliver interesting HR projects in line with the wider team, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
A competent level of HR Generalist skills are required as you will autonomously manage all employee relations matters in line with company policy and procedures.
