Since our launch in April 2019, we have embarked on an incredible journey introducing the Scottish market to a partnership led & solutions driven professional services recruitment consultancy. We are founded by two Entrepreneurs who are Scottish Recruiters from distinctly different recruitment consultancies. We boast an impressive level of client retention through a dedicated, engaging service and our clients tell us they are left feeling positive and energised about the future of their business.

We pride ourselves on being truly candidate led, which means we work in genuine partnership with each of our candidates offering advice and assistance at every stage of the recruitment process. In turn, this creates our new vacancy to take on the role of Talent Manager within our business.
Duties include:
- Proactively attract and identify suitable candidates across the professional services markets
- Interview prospective candidates via telephone, video technology platform and face to face
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholder groups
- Design and implement candidate attraction methodologies
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
- Ensure consistent candidate communication, with a best in class service
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process in relation to CV writing, interview preparation, offer negotiation and induction
- Ensure to update CRM database with all relevant information
- Write, publish and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities
